Academic institutions' pressures—including burnout, attrition, and declining morale—call for a fundamental shift in how we support faculty and students. This session explores the role of organizational change in fostering a culture of resilience across academic communities. Drawing on principles of change leadership, psychological safety, and wellness science, we will examine evidence-based strategies that help institutions create systems, policies, and environments that sustain well-being. Attendees will learn how to assess current organizational dynamics, identify barriers to resilience, and design change initiatives that benefit educators and learners.
