Pedro Hernandez, DNP, CRNA, APRN is a Florida native and a 2-time graduate of Florida International University (FIU) with his BSN in 2019 and his DNP in 2024. His doctoral scholarly work pertained to generational learning preferences and student academic performance. He currently holds a teaching position as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Nurse Anesthesiology in the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing and Health Sciences at FIU. In addition, he is a practicing CRNA at Jackson Memorial Hospital, a level one trauma center with one of the busiest transplant programs in the region.
