Dr. Hannah Burzumato is a full-time staff CRNA at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, and the Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist (SRNA) Clinical Site Coordinator for their anesthesia department. Dr. Burzumato founded the SRNA clinical program at Inova Loudoun Hospital, bringing in students from multiple schools in the northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland area. She strives to create an comprehensive rotation for the students, providing experiences in specialty areas such as pediatric and obstetric anesthesia. Her passion for teaching in the clinical setting was apparent even as a student, with her doctoral project focusing on the teaching methods used for regional anesthesia instruction and their level of effectiveness. Dr. Burzumato earned her DNAP from Georgetown University in 2020. She currently serves as a member of the AANA Education Committee.
