Reed S. Halterman, Sr., DNP, CRNA

Dr. Reed Halterman is an Associate Professor and Assistant Program Director in the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Augusta University. He earned his DNP from the University of North Florida, where his quality improvement project focused on enhancing handoff communication to improve patient safety in the perioperative period. Dr. Halterman served on the Georgia Association of Nurse Anesthetists board for seven years in various roles, including President. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Educaiton Committee for the AANA.
